hey heres what im working working with, ive lost quite abit of weight already im at 225 now and im planning on going on a cyle of test and cytomel mid way through november. i woudl appreciate any advice or comment on my progress so far. thanks guys.

judging off of your other post i would say you are not near ready to cycle. how long have you been training and what are those stats again? it looks to me like alot more can be done with proper diet and training.

no need to be condescending cani, hes more likely to listen to good advice given less rudely. but yeah, you are not ready man, keep working at it. the cycle is not going to do you as much good unless you lose more weight.

my workout:

mon-chest/tris
tues-back
wed-bis and shoulders
thurs-legs
friday- off

i run 4 times a week at 6 am or post workout, for about 45 mins. my workouts usually last an hour and a half going 100%

my diet:

morning- 2 eggs, and toast or a wrap and an esspresso black, multi vit

snack-fruit

lunch- lean oven rosted turkey wrap with a soup

dinner- chicken/beef with salad with veg some wild rice

post workout-whey protien with water and a tuna salad consisting of lettuce, light italian dressing, cottage cheese, and lentils

is there any tips you can give me? any supplements that might be good to incorprate? appreciate the help

It sounds to me like you need to take advice I was up to 230 at 5'7" in 1 bulk cycle with 32 inch with a good diet. Now, I'm gonna stay around 200 for health reasons but your a joke and thats from an econ maj and a pre-law student---hey John do yourself a favor since you find me so compelling to respond check out causal analysis paralysis

Ok broski check this out...

Look into carb cycling.

You will get 2 meals on 1 cheat day where you can eat what ever you want for whatever quantity.

The rest of the days your cals will be around 2000-3000 cals ok? You should consume 200-350 grams of protein. Look into a good quality protein with no carbs and low in fat that means under 5grams of fat per 50 grams of protein. Ok? You will have 3 shakes a day 50 grams each and 4-5 meals with a protein source from this list. Personally I would stay away from dairy unless its whey protein... OK. Carb cycling is something like this 2-4 days with out starchy carbs (pastas, grains, oatmeal, breads, rice, etc.) You will have greens, fruits, and lean meats... You will get hungry or feel stupid or crave fatty foods but its because your body associates fatty foods with high fat sources of food so get some natty peanut butter, plain nuts, milk, avocados, or any source of natural fats and have a serving with your meals, flax seed oil is great also or peanut oil or grapeseed....

on your carb load days you will have 2 a week every 3 days none less but you can go 4 on 1 day like this

Monday No starchy carbs 200 grams of protein salads, greens, and fruits,
Tuesday no starchy carbs 250-300 grams of protein and same as above
Wednesday Same as above 300-350 grams of protein
Thursday Carb load 1 serving (1 cup of any starchy carbs with every meal) and 200 grams of protein
Friday same as monday
Saturday Same as tuesday
Sunday same as thur wednesday
Monday Same as thurdsday

LAy off butter, creams, cheeses, ketchup, salt, etc. Also, look into the spray dressings for salads 10 cals 10 sprays :D They have huge bags of salads for like 3 dollars here In Cali. the idea when cutting is to now crash diet but to slowly lose weight and keep muscle and build muscle, especially when preparing for a contest, usually I attempt to lose 2-3lbs a week. If I'm 15%bf at 200lbs I have 30lbs to lose to be at 0%bf (you will never be 0%bf) so 15 weeks if I lose 2lbs a week. If your poor protein shakes and rice cakes with like a meal similar to the slim fast diet but 2 meals with chicken breast. Here are good guidelines

cals under 3000
Protein over 200-250
Carbs 100-500 depending on load day
fats under 100grams you can go higher in ketosis

This diet enables ketosis in your body which causes your body to eat fat since carbs are so low. The body's next source of fuel is fats and protein so since your carbs are low you actually should keep your fats a little higher but from sources I listed above. If you have any questions ask...

hey one question, i have a protien shake 100% whey gold standard by optimum nutrition, it has 4g of carbs and 1g of fat, is this good enough? or buy a new one with no carbs? and another thing about training, should i go big weights low reps? or vice versa? which would benifit me more?

Any protein is great bud as long as it is protein some prefer the cheapest because of how regular we go through it but I been using MAxmuscle protein Chocolate fudge and some new isosomething or another chocolate stuff that tastes great. I honestly would go one week light 1 week heavy and 1 week mid weights. Keeping your muscles guessing will add size, changing from dumbells, to barbells, and back and forth from machines to flys to free weights. MAchines don't really have enough weight sometimes so you can actually add a 45 to weights using another pin from another machine... optimum is fine bud... and the rest of you are cry babies....
