1st cycle...

I know you get a million of these posts but here's another...

I am 26 years old, 5'10, 160 lbs with 7% body fat...I'm fairly stout now but I want to add some size...My training experience is as follows:

16-20 worked out hard 4/week gained much mass
21-24 gained a little mass
24-present maintaining current weight and size with 3/week work out minimum

I eat a well-balanced diet with around 3000 calories, ~30% fat, ~40% carbs, and ~30% protein

I would like to just bulk up and add some size...I have never used steroids before, but I am not making any gains now...

Like everyone, I have that friend of a friend who "knows about them but don't use them"...so I'm just hesitant to take his advice.

Should I stack for a 1st cycle or just stick with something like sten and do that for 6 weeks or Sustanon 250 for 10 weeks?


I appreciate anyone's input.

dude your 5'10'' 160... im 5'5 and i weigh 175... you need to get your diet and routine straight bc your obviously doing something wrong.. dont touch gear your not ready for.. you'll regret it... atleast 1000+ more cal's to that diet

hey, I'm just giving you all my info in hopes of some good information...I can add more healthy calories, ok I will do that.

I bench 245...while moddest to most on here, I think it is a pretty good amount and about as far as genetics will take me...I can post my whole lifting routine and weights and pictures if you want...

Easy guys at 7% that would be a decent size for his height and being natual..Hell he could go up to 190's and be 10% and be a good sized guy still natural..IMO if all you say is true the yes go for 500mg for 10-12 weeks up your cals and protein and see what happens.

Thank you...I talked to a few people at the gym that use and noone knew the difference between long and short esters and only 2 guys even know what post cycle therapy was....maybe I just haven't been talking to the right people, but I want to do this safe....

What should I use for PCT?

And what about an Aromatase Inhibitor? Arimidex and Letroaole?

ya bro, you're definitely not talking to the right peeps at your gym. Use some clomid for your PCT, you can find a schedule on here for all aas'. You'll be fine, and stop taking advice from guys that can't really help you at your gym! you wont need any arimidex...good luck

i think youd be happier waiting it out, and upping your cals for awhile. The bigger u get without gear, the bigger u can get with it.

Thats exactly what I decided to do...I am eating about 4500 Kcals/day at 50/30/20...I have gained 4 pounds in the past week and I think I have actually lost some fat...I thought I was plateaued but I guess I just needed more nutrients...I will keep this up till I plateau again and then re-evaluate
