i was wondering if i could train chest and abs twice a week with a big spli in between for exzample i could do abs and chest on Monday then again on saturday. keeping the sets at about 12-13 would it be considered overtraining or no?

i would say that would be fine. overtraining isnt a set number of reps or sets in a week its all about your muscles. everyone can overtrain at a different point

I just posted the entire long thing and it disappeared. Yea its cool but if your laggin in an area but post up your routine? Your actual routine not one out of a mag. Meadhead mags suck,

i would do Mon and Thursday for chest if its lagging. Mon and Sat doesnt make sense because then you have one day from Sat to Mon
