If you want to build muscle it is essential that you work a different group of muscles 6 days out of the week with hard workouts and rest one day, I have put on 10 lbs of lean muscle mass in these last two months by adopting this routine. Email me or reply for my workout plan that can not fail. I am just now starting to take supplements I can't wait to see my progress after another two months of my intense training!

sounds great I am interested just out of curiosity to your workout plan. I gained 12 pounds of lean muscle on a high proyen diet and excercise plan in 13 weeks. let me know.
