listen tknight, Noone is trying to be a dick it's just apparent you have no idea what you're about to do to your body. It's frustrating for older people that have been working out for years to sit on here and give out advice that most young people aren't going to listen to anyway. Too many young lifters think that aas is the answer to their little man syndrome(not saying you have this) and all yuo really do is f up your bodies because you really don't even know how to lift correctly yet. So if people are quick to judge or write a harsh comment it's only because we've had these conversations time and time again with kids like you and you really don't give a sh*t what we have to say because your mind is made up. If you do a little searching on this forum all of the answers to your questions have been answered in different threads. good luck

SkinnyManKyle this forum is for advice. We have gave our advice and he doesn't listen he shouldn't be doing any aas. So if he's asking for advice he got it, now if he keeps asking the same question he's opening himself up to be flamed. He needs to use his head, plain and simple. He hasn't reached anywhere near his genetic potential.

Y'all need to quit yer crying about everything and make it good if you ask a question but more importantly most of these questions have been asked on the board and be obtained via the search engine located at the top.
i didnt know he already asked this question
Not this specific question but AAS in general and we already said he shouldn't jump the gun, but he's going to do it anyway.

I just was askin about Test. and they jumped on me saying i was too young but there are people on here that started gear at 18.....i think tho if im going to do it that yall should still give me good advice so i wont just do it all wrong.... i have been training for about 4years now...im not one of these guys that come on here and say "i just started lifting 2 months ago and i want to use gear" Even if im not at my full potential of growth i do have the training experience......so atleast give me good advice on how to use it correctly...im not 100% sure yet if i am going to use gear...i just want to know how to use it right....

I think you have to ask yourself a potentially life changing question tknight...

What/why do you plan on running steroids? Are you going to or do you have aspirations of becoming a professional athlete/bodybuilder???

If so, you are going to be hard pressed to start running immediately as your competition is most likely running now and at an even earlier age. However, understand that you ARE taking years off your life for this goal.

If no, then WHY???

28 Apr 2006 00:45
tknight4305
I mean....im not saying im GOING to FORSURE use gear i am just thinking about it.....i dont have it or anything but i can get it.....The reason that i am wanting to use gear i guess i because i am sumwhat of a hard gainer.....pound for pound i am strong i just dont have the mass....right now i weigh 160 and bench press 270lbs.....im strong...ripped...and very proportioned i just can not seem to get any mass...just stronger....i guess it is just my high metabolism....i eat...use protein...and supps....just cant get any MASS......

All I'm saying is I just don't see a point in it. ANYBODY can gain if trained properly and eating proportionately. It takes practice to find out what proportion of fats/carbs/protein your body responds to best, but once you find it you can stick with it and train naturally to gain (Really rough estimate) 10lbs of quality muscle a year or more depending on many many variables such as age, hormone levels, experience, etc...

analogy: would you spend the hours/days/months/years going through medical school only to become a locomotive engineer??? NO! So, why when you can achieve the body that is deemed "Attractive" without using AAS would you want to run them? 90% of all people who use AAS come off and end up losing most if not all of thier gains becuase they don't have the will/desire/need to continue properly eating and working out.

It's just my opinion but based upon facts and numbers I don't see a need for the average joe to run AAS without the intent upon building upon thier use for monetary compensation.

28 Apr 2006 01:06
bignready
alot of people lose their gains after a cycle cuz of improper pct and/or losing interest in training but not 90%.that's a ridiculus number.many of us do it the right way and have a desire to gain without or without drugs.

28 Apr 2006 01:14
cowcountry
Ok, I'll give you the fact that I don't have any research to back the 90% claim but the overwhelming majority aren't on this or other boards getting the info they need to be getting. From what I've seen in the gyms and locker rooms growing up, the vast majority of people go to the gym with the intent on doing NOTHING to thier bodies. No routine, no diet, no intent on changing thier shape other than a hope and a prayer.

Unfortunately, these are the same people that decide to use AAS. Personally, I think sites such as this one are KEY in getting people the proper motivation needed in order to achieve the goals they have in mind. But again, the vast majority of people aren't keeping a log or doing things right.

Well it is proven on the boards everyday how so many jump into gear and shit falls aprt after that not only on a physcial level but a mental level..Been said to death by these fingers and this mouth takes alot of mature resposibility to use gear and be the right person for this lifestlye and so many just don't get that until it is to late..

28 Apr 2006 01:55
president_fad
i think too many people jump on gear, and dont have everything in check like you really need to. Its even harder at a young age, with school, going out n shit. I just started an ew job, its ****ed my sleep up, my training has gone to shit, and ive lost ten lbs. Its so easy to get off track, thats why i dont even run gear. most people dont stick with it, and lose most if not all they have gained a couple monthes down the road cus they dont make a life committment.

To everyone who said that i wont listen....I will….i am open minded……I am just so frustrated with being a hard gainer…ive always been a hard gainer…I come from a big football town and I was very fast and strong but never had the weight to block the big a#$ line backers……I younger brother is the complete opposite..he is 2 years younger than me and weighs 175-180 and I only weigh 160…we are about the same strength wise but he is a lot more massive then me and yall know that I always catch SH#$@ from other people cuz he is younger but bigger and that is another reason I have considered gear….yeah, yall can say F#$@ the people who talk Sh@$...but if you have never lived it you wouldn’t really know how it felt to be low balled by people like that…….

28 Apr 2006 06:46

Uh mnay of have lived alot of things again your still young you have to mature some later then others..I never really tried to gain weight wheni was in HS and I was around 170-80 when I graduated hell I probaly broke 200 whenI was 19 or 20..Doesn't really matter now does it I am bigger then anyone in my HS ever dreamed of I still see a few guys here and there who thought they were the shit in HS and they are pathetic lard asses with no motivation..

Anyone Else?????

Well first and for most calm down and back up you are expecting way to much out of yourself..The key to all of this is hard work being smart and consistant..

It si all a learning process you can't rush b/c over time as you do it that wil become your foundation of knowledge and that will lead to wisdom..This is what seperates the true warriors ans the art time fakes that cloud up the world that is why we stand out and they do not..

Main thing for you to do is learn to eat better and be consistant with it no skippin meals ALWAYS eat breakfast never ever miss that meal EVER!! Invest what you can in some good protein shakes and make sure you eat 3-4 whole food meals alongwith 1-2 shakes a day..

Train smart and as heavy as you can go with good form do not sacrifice good form to put up bigger weight that is stupid and will get you hurt which will put you behind..

Keep your rep range no more then 10 and no less then 5 with your last 2-3 sets being failure..You will have to take time to learn what your body responds to set wise that is dif for alot of people my legs do well with high volume others don't so that again will take time..

So again this is a lifestale so it takes time as it will cover your lifetime it won;t come easy and what you gain form it by doing it right will get you more respect then you could have ever gotten by jumping on the juice early..I see it all the time and I say it all the time those who listen find out the truth those who don't well then dont matter now do they....Storm

I didn;t have 10% of the supss you guys have avail to you today and I did just fine..I used the animal packs for a bit but other then that it waqs nasty (at the time) protein shakes and alot of freaking food..

Takes alot to get there but it is easy and does not take as much to mantain as it did to get to it...So it does get a little easier once you have gotten to a certain area..
