ive been eating alot of steak and beef lately
ive read alot about arachodonic acids for muscle growth.
i buy stew meat its wicked cheap and theres no fat in it some on outsides of cuts but i cut that all off.
i eat a variety eggs,chicken,steak but should i be worrying about the sat fats in the steak
but i also heard that sat fats can also slow the triglyceride build up in your arterys i dont understand this fat concept.

you need some sat fats for natural testosterone production but i try to keep em low.better off getting your fats from nuts and fish oil and flaxseed oil

some steak is fine just eat it in moderation

Steak is a excellent form of protein as well as a good source of zinc. For a builder trim the fat before cooking and gril don;t fry. YUM YUM !

steak also has creatine in it good for the muscles
