hey guys i am looking do a bodybuilding competition in october of this year. so far here is wat i eat.
6:30-5 egg whites and 1/3 cup oatmeal
9:00 protien shake
12:00 i chicken breast w/ 1 cup rice
3:30 protien shake
6:15 protien shake
7:30 chicken breast w/1cup rice
10:00pm protien shake
supplemtns i take is nano vapor,whey protien, n creatine

So wats your goal rite now? Can't help unless u let us know. R u already cut and want to get more size? Or are u a little heavier and needto lose fat and build muscle

At a glance, I think that you should have more solid meals in your diet.

yep yep thats very true. back in the day bodybuilders barely had protien shakes cuz there was only crash weight and that bob hoffman protien. so they all got thier protien from whole foods!

well theres no fruits or veggies in your diet. ur gonna get scurvy!

decided tweak diet by adding orange juice with breakfast and lunch along with water n i adding glutamine as a supplement

Wow I think that your diet is an extremely balanced diet. But I would like to add one more thing to it, if you could add some fruits for your diet I guess that it is one of the best diets I have seen in my life.

The fruits will full fill all other nutrition’s that’s intended for your body.

franjaa, if thats one of the best diets youve ever seen then u must be seriously mal nutritioned. i mean like scurvy, like how pirates get cuz they didnt eat any fruit! ring a bell? lol
