So did the BBing thing a for a few years as recently as about 2 years ago.
Since then life happened and i have gained about 30lbs of fat:confused:.
Last week started diesting and have done well. I realize that most of it was bloat and waterbut I lost 10 lbs!
Pretty good since I'm not huge. I started at 199 and i wantt get to 160. So 29 ore lbs to go.
Just wanted to see what some of you guy use for motivaton to keep going.
I've been there before, an should know by noy, but a few remonders would be great.

What you have to do is go to the other section one on top of this - there was a very successfull thread opne of the most suvccessfull threads written which was called - what motivates you - it has pages and pages of motivational stuff. Do aa search for it. IZf you like I can find it and makke it go to the start again so you can read it.

What you have to do is go to the other section one on top of this - there was a very successfull thread opne of the most suvccessfull threads written which was called - what motivates you - it has pages and pages of motivational stuff. If you are at the level of motivation, you have already lost. You need desire and commitment. If you have those, you never need to be motivated. It's like saying to your wife: "Honey, I need some motivation to stay loyal to you." Either you have made up your mind you are going to do it or you have not.

If you need motivation look at the related threads underneath in particular the thread title what motivates you is below - it has 61 replies. It has a variety of motivational factors, in depth articles on motivation, small responses etc etc. If that thread won't motivate you then its time to sell your weights as nothing will motivate you.
