I m new in Bodybuilding, i started before 3 months.
Once i used Met-Rx Meal Replacement (Berry Blast Flavour). It was good to me.
Now i read about MuscleTech's Meso Tech Complete Meal Replacement.
Question is which one is the best?
Met-Rx is 38g Protein Blend and MuscleTech's Meso Tech Complete is 45g Protein Blend.
My goal is to have maximum Mass gain as soon as possible.
Please guide me.

Well, if you trying to bulk i wouldn't depend on meal replacements, it takes time, but eat alot more! CARBS, CARBS, CARBS!! Clean carbs though, that doesn't mean you can go to McDonalds whenever you want to get a burger. Also, Protein, the average person need .8 grams of protein per pound body weight. But.. The athlete or bodybuilder need to take between 1.5 to 2.5 grams of protein per pound bodyweight. Get recipies online, or find foods that have good carbs, and high protein. If you want, put a little creatine into the mix. You can take a weight gainer, like size on, mass xxx, etc... And depending how old you are, don't worry about those dumbass test boosters, they will try to sell you that shit. Also what are you doing for your workouts right now? What kind of cardio are you doing?

also what's your stats? BF %, weight, etc.. How old, how many years you've been lifting?
