hey hello..

m a newbie, n i just started with the 5*5 workout last week.
need some suggestion abt wat kind a diet should i take along with it. m 66 kg in weight and 5 feet 11 inches in height..

need some suggestion that wud help..

5x5 is a good workout program to start with but your diet is going to be more important to your success than your workout program. What are your goals? That will determine what you need to eat.
