What is the best pre-workout supplement that gives you some energy??? I am afraid to try No-Xplode because I don't want to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes....I was thinking of trying Black Powder, but I have heard some good and some bad things about it...Anyone know a great product?

SuperPump 250 is my favorite if you're cool with the magnesium and carbs. I'm on a lower carb regimen now so I'm using NO Shotgun (Black Cherry is better than Fruit Punch IMHO)

Check out Champion Nutrition Amino Shooter Core
I use them and love it! I think there is 50mg of caffeine off the top of my head. I typically mix in a water bottle and drink about half on way to gym them fill the bottle up when I get to the gym and drink throughout my workout. I can def tell when Im not using it.

No-Xplode Worked great but it gave the shits. So I tried Black Powder after reading so many great reviews and I was very disapointed. Not near the energy or pumps as No-Xplode. I would try NO shotgun or Jacked.

for me i have tried NaNoX9 and found that it gave me a lot of energy which really helped me in my workout

You could also try NanoVapor by MuscleTech. It worked for me, and the pump i get with it is insane. Performance with NO Explode tapers off, atleast in my case.

Try ephedrine and caffeine/tyrosine and caffeine with some sugar. Cheap and effective.

Hello,
Complex carbohydrates in your pre-workout meal will help ensure you have adequate energy levels for your workout. Another practice to consider is consuming simple carbohydrates (fruits, fruit juices) and/or protein in a quick drink 15 to 30 minutes previous to the workout to provide the body with an immediate energy source. The meal should be consumed about 60-90 minutes before exercise begins to allow the body time to digest and make the nutrients available to the body during exercise.
