hi, I included this in my introduction in the general chat forum.. but I figured I'd post here too since it involves pictures..

Do you usually take a day off in between workouts or is that 3 days in a row.
I've been trying to rest more lately so I've been resting a day in between workouts sometimes. I think it's helping me build. I think I've over trained in the past. Tough thing is making myself get rest and not go to the gym. I get feeling good and want to go everyday. It's always kept me in good shape but I've plateued and haven't been able to build anymore muscle.
I'm about your size so it's helpful to see what works for you.

just the basics.. protein, bcaa's, creatine ethyl ester, taurine..
and I take some chocamine, idebenone, and acetyl l-carnitine for pre-workout..
