i wonder if i take testosoron booster's and estrogen blockers will i come bigger and slimmer faster cause my friend the is in the military said all they took when they was irac was testosoron boosters and he came back big i mean bodybuilder big

breakfest-2 boiled eggs and plain oatmeal
snack- sum cottage cheese and a protien shake
21 grams of protien shake
lunch- 1 whole wheat turkey sandwich plaine and a banana
before workout snack- sum complex carbs and a 60 gram protien shake
dinner-either skinless chicken or sum 93 percent lean ground beef with a salad
snack-protien bar and a protien shake 60 grams

Not enough food for someone your weight. Double that up and have more protein for breakfast.

should i still add more food even though if i wanna cut down 15 more pounds but still gain muscle mass at the same time any help on a new diet would be big help thanks for the support and comments man
