Good meal options/ideas?

Im looking for peoples suggestions on meals and what works well for them? Im not a gourmet chef and looking for simple but effective meal ideas that taste good and that preferably can be made easy enough in bulk.

As I am a full time college student meals I can make in bulk will help me in a huge way. So far all I can come up with that tastes good,can be easily made in bulk and fits in with the diet is a basic spaghetti bolognese with lean beef.

What recipes do people have for combos like chicken and pasta/rice etc (what do you add to it so its not plain but keeps it within the diet)?

Even if you just have other general recipes/concoctions that work for you please share them with us.
