thanks alot guys.been really trying.sometimes i get down cause i cant get as big as i want cause all these friggin injuries i have.trying to work traps but i have herniated disks in my upper back which really goes out of whack when i work em

As for the problem with the disks i've experimented with Cissus and had pretty good results. I know that having herniated disks is way different from joint pain but i feel that it could benefit you. Just a thought.

i have used cissus for when i had a minor tendon tear.worked for that but did nothing for my disks
