Hi, I've been working out for bit more than 2 months, I was just wondering whether a choice of WHEY and Multi-vitamin or Creatine and Multi-vitamin, or all of em together? or which one is better? Creatine or WHEY. Thanks.

Diet. Food is your friend.
I learned that from the guys from here.
You can also try WPI (Whey Protein Isolate)
if you have money to try out supps if they work try creatine (plain normal creatine).

creatine and multis are not bad to throw in too... if you want to spend $$

like swat said, your diet is the most important thing. And out of the supps you listed, i think the multivitamins are the most important. then, the whey. and lastly the creatine. If you have the money then get all three, but i'd definately recommend getting a good multi if you're only gonna get 1 or 2 out of the 3 supps.

i was thinking of getting the universal: animal pak multi-vitamin and Optimum 100% nutrition or ProLab N large 2, which would be the better protein choice boys?

The animal paks are good as long as you dont' mind choking down the whole pack of vitamins. I'd go with the ON whey. Don't know much about Prolab, but I hear a lot of ppl say that the ON is the best. :D

Optimum 100% nutrition.
i think ProLab N large 2 is a weight gainer.

i beleive nlarge is loaded with carbs, fats and calories. stick to a protein shake... i dont consider any of those "weight gainers" beneficial.

Optimun is one of the best, thats what I take. Animal paks been around since 1985, so you do the math. If I was you look into a pre-workout like UPS Labs Jack3d it is by far one of the best pre-workout supplements I have ever taking.

creatine helps alot..depending on what routine you are doing, others will help too.
just cycle the creatine, 2 months on, 1 month off.
too much of a good thing can be "not so good"
