I am lifting hard, eating hard and have a hard attitude:)

thanks... i started seriously bodybuilding around 6-7 months ago.

when i first started working out (not bodybuilding) i lost just about 50 pounds of fat.....i was close to 200, i am now toping 167-170...depending if the scale loves or hates me

Also, I am sorry about my camera, the flash is rather bright so you can really see some of the definition in the back... ill try and get one

lookin good dude... IMHO id maybe try and add some more thickness to that chest and i agree with morgan you seem top heavy...good job losing the weight that you have and keep up the great work bro

it means that your overall upper body looks more developed than your legs (wheels)

Awesome progress mate! In another 9 months with the same dedication u'll be in great shape! Good luck.

By the way... dont post before pics!! lol.. you've lost 16lbs more fat than me!! in the same amount of time!!... they'll call you a scammer.. lol.. just kidding.. keep up the good work mate.
