thanks... i started seriously bodybuilding around 6-7 months ago.
when i first started working out (not bodybuilding) i lost just about 50 pounds of fat.....i was close to 200, i am now toping 167-170...depending if the scale loves or hates me
Also, I am sorry about my camera, the flash is rather bright so you can really see some of the definition in the back... ill try and get one
