Bear,

I wrote an page about this but I couldn't post it for some computer issue. Anyhow, personally I know a guy who attended the Markus Ruhl bodybuilding camp and they covered this and he shared the info with me. Here's the info he gave me when you drink a shake have a benefiber. These pills have fiber and other vitamins and minerals to aide in the digestive process but it also helps you absorb the protein.

I take the enzymes all the time and they are great and actually I lost about 5lbs of fat and gained muscle taking them with no change in diet. Also, for those with like acid reflux a cheap and great way to help that is to use papaya extract with a couple of glasses of water and you will be in good shape.

I would definitely think that trying some digestive enzymes should make a big difference for you. They tend to work very well. Try to get a supplement that has a combination of a few different enzymes. This will help you break down different types of foods. I found a good one called Digestive Enhancement that works well. You can look into that one. I would recommend taking some every day, and then some extra with meals that you tend to have more difficulty with. And yes, as previously mentioned, they can also be a great help with heartburn and reflux as well.
