Cardio + Gear

is it best to do cardio while your on the gear??? specially with deca and test due to all the bloating...im thinking do cardio 3 times a week ..i have 2nd thoughts bout the gear as i think u gain muscle but u loose ya abzz appears lyk a beer belly..would cardio fix it with extra abz workout???

in my oppinion when you are on gear you should eat double what you was and lift as heavy as possible. Get a good spotter and do like 4 and 5 reps with something you could barely do twice by yourself. if it was me i would do that and when i start taking novadex then start cardio. when you are on the gear is the time to shoot for mass and strength.

I always do cardio while on or off... easiest way to combat the bloat from the test and deca is to look at your diet.. stay away from salt, sodium etc... if it gets bad use a-dex

Theres you answe A.B. is more experienced than me. Do your cardio all the time. But remember to get plenty of rest.

Deff what he said ^ legit gear will give you bloat so cardio will remove that not to mention I have heard the effects of positive productive effects it has on the synergy with cardio. IT helps deliver all of the AAS to throughout your system instead of staying in your muscle(s).
