Dymatize's Z Force

I bought some not too long ago and I was going to use it for pct, but I've decided to prolong my use of test boosters. So I'm just going to take it now to see if I get anything out of it. Anyhoo, I was just wondering if I should take it on the days I don't work out too or just on workout days.
