I need some help on how to spread out my supplements. I currently take BSN NO Explode, BSN Cellmass, and ON Whet Protein. I need some help with how much protein to take on a daily basis (non-workout and workout days) and when to take it. Below is how I currently taking the supplements. I am 6'2 and weigh 220 lbs. I know I should consume 1 gram of protein for every pound so that would be 220 grams a day. I am not sure how to consume that much protein and when. Should I change anything? Please help.

Workout Days
30 mins before workout (empty stomach)= NO Explode 1 1/2 scoops
Immediately after Wookout = Cellmass 1 scoop
6 hours after Cellmass post workout (empty stomach)= Cellmass 1 scoop
30 minutes after Post Workout Cellmass (empty stomach)= Protein 24 grams

Non-Workout Days
After Waking Up in Morning (empty stomach) = Cellmass 1 scoop
8 hours after first serving (empty stomach) = Cellmass 1 scoop
Evening (empty stomach)= Protein 24 grams

post up ur daily diet and lets see what we can do. u kno breakfast lunch and dinner and 4th meal.
