ok so i eat 10 boneless chicken breast a day. i have to eat stuff cold cause im a rough in plumber and we dont have way to heat up food. i was wondering is it ok to just eat chicken for ur protien source or do u need add in some beef or shakes. beef sucks cold and i hate shakes plus when its hot outside u dont even want to down some big ass shake. you'll puke it up real quick. i buy the bag of frozen breast like at walmart. let me know if i need change it up a lil. i also take my animal pak vit. and eat green beans or broc. salad every now and then. i also have a problem eating those sour straw candy things. those bitches r good.

no you dont need to switch it up between beef and chicken...chicken is lean so its ok and its whole food which is better than relying on shakes so you should be good to go....minus the candy but i know how that is i have a sweet tooth as well

i dont kno how many calories r in chicken breast i never really looked at it but i dont think im getting enough. here is how my day starts.

4 am- wake up eat two breast and lots of water.
5 am- at the gym
6 am- go to work and eat another breast
9 am- eat two breas with greans
12 - eat two breast and candy or whatever is near me to add in some taste.
3 pm- eat two breast
7 pm- eat anything besides chicken.
10 pm- eat last chicken breast for bedtime snack and passout.

chicken gets old but it taste ok even when its cold and u can put just about anything on it to make it taste different. it sucks on sundays and wednesdays when u gotta cook all these birds my grill is growing wings and feathers it cooks so much chicken.

I also rely on chicken as my main source. I could never eat 10 a day! lol i would get so sick of them. But I eat about 5 4 oz. breasts a day. I get about 120 g of protein a day from chicken. and 50 g of protein from milk a day. Plus 3 weight gainer shakes that I make a day with 50 g each. Which those alone gives me 320 a day.

the chicken breast I buy has 26 g of protein per 4 oz. Idk where you get 42 g for a 3.5 oz.

10 breast a day is tough but gainin wieght aint easy. i have to eat chicken cause i cant stand shakes anymore. none of em taste good except muscle milk ready to drink shakes but that cost to much. chicken seems to cost about half as much. plus shakes arent very good when its 90 degrees outside and u have to work in it till 3-4 oclock. most of the time i eat ten but there r days that i skimp and eat fast food but thats only like 1-2 times a week. diets suck!

you can eat your beef hot if you have it as your last meal before bed.i like it that way.plus if you eat your candy post workout,it wont wont harm you as much

yeah i think im gonna throw n some beef for dinner and 4th meal. i need a change up. im thinkin of gettin some cyto gainer to drink pre workout. i just hate payin the prices for protien shakes. anyone where the best place to buy is or is there a shake that taste as good for cheaper.

badass dude. i think im gonna get the stove since it doesnt have to stay plugged up to keep stuff warm. it heats up to 300 degrees in 30 minutes. no more cold food for me.

I know what you mean about protein shakes tasting crap but try this its actually quite nice. Add your protein powder to milk then add a banana and 2-3 spoonfuls of liquid honey and blend them all together in a blender.
It takes away that nasty taste.

Give it a try and see what you think.

Dude some bodybuilders eat basically nothing but chicken and potatoes and rice at certain times for each mean. Chicken is one of the best protein sources so if that's all you wanna eat that's fine.

its always better to eat raw chicken but more of chicken breast thats salami will be bad cause our body doesnt have that much tendency to absorb aal of the protein and fat from cold products so better be careful about it

I can't eat chicken without cooking it. For some reason I cant bring myself to eat cold or un-heated meat...just makes me want to vomit Shakes aren't a bad way to go but I switched off them cause my shaker bottle would smell like a$$ at the end of the day. I started taking liquid whey products. So far the best stuff I can find is by IDS called New Whey...tastes pretty good and 42 grams per serving, haven't found one better.
