I am about to start taking BSN Cellmass and NO-Xxplode with Optimum Nutrition "Gold Standard" whey blend protein. I go to the gym after work and train for about an hour and a half each day other than Friday. I was wondering when I should take each supplement and how much of each. I know that NO-Xplode should be taken before the training, Cellmass after the training, and the protein after the Cellmass. At what time intervals should each be taken and again, how much? I am 6'2" and weigh 220lbs. I have been training full time now for about 3 months. Please help. Thanks.

i take my N.O. Xplode pre workout like it says then when im finished i go home and take my cellmass then wait a few minutes for my stomach to settle and within 1 hour but a.s.a.p. i drink a protein shake then about an hour or hour and a half after that i eat some food...then about every 2.5-3 hours after that i try to eat or atleast take a protein shake but the more whole foods the better....as far as how much i personally take 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode but one might work for you but you might need 3 to just try it and see how it works for you just follow the directions on the container for your cellmass and with my protein shakes i usually mix it up to be about 40 grams of protein in each shake
