Winstrol, Test Enanthate

I am taking Test Enanthate 250mg injections on mondays and thursdays, and I am starting my fifth week of 10 today. I am starting to take winstrol 10mg tabs. I have to take 50mg a day so I need to take 5 tabs a day.

What are the best times to takes the tabs? Should I take all 5 together or break them up through the day? I was thinking 2 1 2 throughout the day?

Also I have gained about ten pounds and I am on a very strick professionaly written diet, am I on schedule for gains on Test? I feel it took a while to kick in.

Yea the rest of us know that just not her..Best to spread out the winny tabs the best you can..If I were you I would save the winny tabs til you et yourself down to 8% or less bf wise you not realy going to get anything out of the winny tabs until then..

Oh and for future ref if you do decide to go the test suspension route it is the fastest ester there is and you pretty much have to do an everyday shot as it is in and out of you in 24hrs it has a very short half life unlike the 48hrs bullshit said above.

Well from what you have said so far I would hate to see how you "desogn" female cycles sionce you cant even get yourself into a lean dry state..This is called "I should have never talked shit to Storm"..I have been setting up females on cycles for over 10 yrs so for you to say what you do is a giggle to sat the least.

I type fast and make no clais to being a perfect typer in any form..My point gets accoss that is all that matters.The fact you point out such a trivial thing shows your insecurity.

What you have done late in life is great I have already said that but you act like a 19yr pld punk on his first cycle of test he got sicne he wanst to be big and stong in 8 weeks and kick some ass..Dont you think that is even a little bit sad? This is who you act on the board so the shame is on how you act not what you have accomplished..I would expect better out of what you have done but I have seen plenty of immature people at all ages..

Bro take the Winny the last 4-6 seeks of your cycle and since you started the cycle I'm going to help you out and give you more info if you tell me your current diet and routine? Whats the MGs per/cap

the caps are 250mgs. i take a shot on mon and thursday. I work out legs mon wed fri in the mornings. Then in the evenings mon. chest and shoulders abs heavy, tues back and core light shoulders light abs, wed bis and tris heavy abs, thur light chest mainly cable exercises and stretching for chest light. I find I get really sore. Fri bis and tris, Heavy abs. Sat sun off but sometimes I get in for some work on something thats not sore. I also due cardio every morning mon-fri. sometimes distance mostly sprint work, any where from 40 yard dashes to 100 yard dashes. At the gym ill do anywhere from 15- 30 mins on the tread mill of a constant heart rate of 140. I eat everything fat free and whole wheat bread. One egg yoke per 3 eggs. alot of dinners are chicken with lemon and cottage cheese and apple sauce. I eat about every 4 hours. Alot of myoplex light protien bars or fat free yogurt for snacks. I only drink water or fat free milk. no soda no beer. I just started week 5 today, and today I weighed in at 251 from 240. I am noticing changes but would love to tone up and lose some more body fat. Thanks for the help and sorry it got so long.

You need a stricter diet and some cardio. You have to cut your cals, fat, protein, and cards, depending on the day.

Like whatever your maintenance cals are (the cals you need to stay the weight you are) by around 500 but not too drastic and not for too long maybe a few days then have a high carb day and high protein day then drop again for a few days like 2 or 3 whatever you can handle until you can go a week on veggies and meats steaks ok during these days. The other part of the equation is cardio atleast 30min a day 3 times a week atleast I do every day sometimes 2 times a day depending on how badly I eat. That my frined is cutting there are a few things you need to know like eat 50grams over you bodyweight in grams of protien. 240lbs = atleast 240-350 grams of protien so much more you can do I think everyone will add onto this.

THanks for all the information. I think the changing the eating up is a good idea. I think I am stuck on the diet ive been on meaning ive kinda havent lost anymore fat but am gaining muscle. So I think the shock will do me some good and cut some more fat. Also ill ad more cardio. how many cals should you burn in a 30 min cardio session?

Just like your routine you diet should always be changing around your protein intake but you should never go less than your own weight in grams of protein plus 50grams: EXAMPLE:

250lbs
300 grams of protein a day.

other than that through out the week you should be alternating in some way between high fats on low carbs day and low fats on high carbs day. Peanut butter and celery, carrots, and something else green with salads and on the other day try brown rice or any kind of potatoes or yams sweet potatoes are my favorite with every meal.

Whatcha got now? It doesn't matter how many cals you burn on the cardio but you should always be dripping with sweat during your workout. So 30 min of stair monster, bike, treadmill, those new weird machines I don't dare touch all I know is you run with handles.:screwy: Either way if you can last an hour on the stair monster the actual stair spitting machine you are in good shape. IMHO give it a shot!

I am thinking of running a similar cycle. My only problem is that I am leaving for europe in six weeks time. Could I possibly run a short cycle and PCT in this 6 week period. I have winstrol tabs, injectable test, and nolvadex.

i'd save it until you get back. why run a 6 week cycle? work out hard for the next 6 weeks, go to Europe, start it when you get back and go the full length

sounds like there is a general consensus against running a shorter cycle. I will wait till I get back and run a full length cycle. Thanks
