How many calories/fat/carb/protein a day?

Could someone tell me how many of these I should be getting a day? I'm going to start my bulking diet and I dont know how many of these to be getting. I'm 6'4'' 200 right now (just finished my cutting today! yes!).

most bberrs 30-50% or even highier when competing as little carbs as possible and small amounts of fats usually taken by oils via a spoon.

IMHO its up to you brava. What works for you. I personally eat well through out the week so I can splurge on the weekend for a day or so then back to the diet of protein and carbs. If you want to put on size you are going to have to eat a rediculous amount of carbs. Whatever you were eating for cutting multiply by atleast 3. Protein should be aroun1.5-2 gms of protien per pound of body weight. and fats should be damn near elimanated if you are eating fatty meats but I'd stick to flax seed and avocados, cottage cheese, and nuts for fats.

that's confusing to me. I dont get what you are taking the percentages from.

im still lost. shoot me an example. I know the percentages are for food intake, but what do I take the percentage off of? an example would be great.

Carbs = 70% x __?___

Protein = 20% x __?__

Fats = 10% x __?__

Not true, Carbs have 4 calories per gram.

So, for example, if your daily intake was 4000 calories:

70% of 4000 is 2800

2800 calores from carbs divided by 4 = 700 grams.

eat until youre sick, youll grow trust me. Make sure youre getting alot of protein at least 1.5 per lb of BW.

thaaaank you thats what i was confused about. I didnt know about the carbs/protein having 4 cals per gram and fats 9. thanks I got it now
