I have a friend that can get me almost anything I want from a local GNC store in the mall for a low price and I plan on getting a Protien Powder of some sort but I really don't want to just go ahead and buy the first cheap-ass made powder I find interesting...so if anyone can tell me some important things about a good protein powder id be grateful, thx.

look for a protein with greater than 75% protein. what i mean is that if a serving is 10 gms, that serving should provide at least 7.5 grams of protein per serving. gnc brand sucks. if you look at the protein per serving, it looks good, but it takes like 3 scoops to get a serving. i use ON 100% whey. its 82% pure.

I've recently been using optimum nutrition protein. aka ON protein, it's pretty well priced.
