inflated muscles post workout

Hey guys... just wondering my muscles inflate like double there size when i workout. and well it looks awsome!!! I was wondering if there is anyhtign i can do or take that would make them always look like that. Im taking n02 and that stuff, but is there anythign else that could do it?

Nope nothing I know of. Just keep working at it. You'll always get that pump even when you get bigger. As arnold says.... "Pump is like cumming with a women" awesome feeling. Smile

haha that makes me think of this mirror down in the gym where i work out. when im at the machine doing tricep pulldowns i can look over and see the mirror, and theres a crack where 2 mirrors join, and if im standing right i can look over and my arm looks twice its size on that crack. it looks good, gives me something to shoot for lol

that's what my friends muscles looked like and now there permantly like that his chest is huge and he doesn't have nothing as far as the diet candy and that's about it and he's taking 93 octane i told him the reason he looks like that because his muscles retained all the water (and he didn't even drink much water either i geuss when he did his muscle soaked it up) he only can bench max 170. judging from his chest muscles he should be in the at least 250 range in reps! my chest muscles aren't as big as his but i wish the were and i can do 285 and i only weigh 160 im 17 and i have been working out way longer then he has. So that could be water retention u have once123 if your not on a good diet but if u are and getting alot of water then you will be alright

It could be that your glycogen is depleted.
