Ok guys, i set the cycle up as follows:

13mg d-bol pre workout at 12pm, 13mg again at 3pm, and 13mg again at 9pm after my 6th meal...this totals 39mg a day,for the first 5 weeks.

150mg of test enanthate monday at 7am when i wake up. and another 150mg at 8am on thursdays when i wake up. totals 300mg a week.

is this a good set up or should i take the stuff on different times? i suppose the d-bol is good before and after i workout, correct me if im wrong...and im unsure as to when i should take the test is the morning a goood time or should i maybe take it pre workout? post workout?

if this is your first cycle (I'm assuming it is) you don;t need that mcuh dbol you can make gains off 30mg I gained 15lbs off of 30mg a week for 4 weeks my virgin run

enthanate looks fine

and don't forget proper post cycle therapy and to have gyno meds on hand

yeah, it is my first cycle. cool then i guess ill down the dosage on d-bol.
about the enthanate though it really doesnt matter when i take it? lets say monday i do it at 7am like i said but then thursday i decide to take it around 8pm, could i? i have clomid for pct, but thats it.

no, that's not a problem. How are you coming up with your d-bol broken down to 13mg?How much do you weigh now?

I agree, but some people do need more. had a buy I helped out told him to fun it at 35mg and 2 1/2 weeks in he hadn't got the back pump he said he bumped it up to 40mg and started feeling it. Maybe it's not necissary to feel that back pump but I like to know it's working. So if 30mg ED after 2 wks you aren't feeling back pump (trust me you'll know what I mean) I would bump it up. just my :2cents:

Hope you aren't taking dbol by itself. When it kicks in you'll get some seroius back pump doing about any lift. That's very common.

Dbol back pumps during squats made me want to kill myself...

I can stand the D'bol back pumps to a degree, but have had to cut some workouts short from it. However, A'drol back pumps get me like nothing else. I have to come off for a few days every once in a while when running A'drol. It's 10x worse for me.

i came up to 13mg because i was trying to take atleast 40mg daily...13x3 is 39 so i figured close enough...i guess i'll just do 10mg 3xdaily for now though...this is my first cycle so i'm guessing i'll gain atleast 20 lbs...i weight 150 now, but i want to get to 180.
