Hey guys I started No-Xplode as you all know but the trainer at my gym said it could be harmful to me because im only 15 sorry to be such a post whore but I figured it would be ok considering its my health at stake.

If it is harmful what type of supplements could I take that would not be if there is any?

You should ask him why he says that and what it does that is harmful. I'm not expert on creatine, but I used it when I was younger, even when there was alot of controversey over it, and I have no ill effects.

i stayed away from it when i was 15,16.... due to all my teachers and trainers talkin shit about it. They told me it will stunt my growth and hurt my liver but they didnt really know what they were talkin about i think its fine.

Well just by poking around all I could find for side effects that is conclusive is it causes weight gain mostly do to water retention. Otherside that have been documented "These side effects include intestinal cramping, diarrhea, increased urination, and dehydration."

Everyone place I read said nothing to do with stunting your growth.
