"Basic" supplements?

Alright, I have just started at this game! I figure that supplements will help me along this journey.....but which ones? I picked up a some Pro Complex chocolate protein powder..any oponions on this stuff? Is their anything else I should be using? I hear a lot of people talking about creatine is this something I should look into or is it for more intermiediate bbers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A good multi vitamin, Vitamin C for PWO, whey and perhaps some Omega caps. IMO, creatine is over rated. You will find alot of intermediate and advanced lifters not even bothering with creatine. ou get creatine in your meats, so eat up those lean red meat cuts!

before u start getting into supps and things like that first of all u have to get your diet rite and have a good workout routine..so common everybody thinks that supps are the easy way out well it's not
