first time cycle advice

im going on my first roid cycle and im wondering for a beginner what is better and deca/dbol cycle or a testE cycle combined with something...ive heard you sex drives gets messed with deca too...i just would like to get the best cycle for mass building and mass retaining
any help would be great

stats are not great, not great at all, im 6'0 feet tall on the dot, and about 160 pounds..not big but defined you know, like most skinny guys, anyways ive been working out hard for half a year and perfecting my diet..i realize now that im a hardgainer and weight just doesnt come easily for me...so with that said im looking to do a beginner cycle, nothing major, i was thinkin a deca/dbol or something with test...but ya what do you think i should do? myabe gear isnt the answer? supplements maybe? im pretty uninformed but from what ive read a cycle could really improve my weight and build good muscle

you dont need anabolics bro.....what you need to do is eat an assload of food EVERY DAY!! I mean...stuff your face 6-8 times a day...be full of food all day long...if that wont put size on you, then you aint eatin enough cals/day as well as protein. make sure you get in at least 2g protein/lb goal bodyweight, and eat at least a thousand calories above maintenance requirements for your body...

Good call Gym.He's right ya know. 1/2 yrs of training and you've already perfected your diet?Food is the most anabolic agent there is,IMO.If I were in your shoes I would try to eat like a horse and supplement with shakes and bars to increase your protein intake first for another year.Drugs are not the magic answer to all your questions.AAS are to used by those who have trained for a few years and eat well and sleep well and have come to a road block in their gains.Then it will be a matter of what works best for you.Some drugs are work different for ppl.

alright thanks alot...so even if i havin like a really hard time gaining weight...its proly just because i dont eat enough or dont have enough protein? that makes sense
