alright so im looking to hit my first cycle...never taken anything other than creatin and zma before so im new...what i need to know is what is the best cycle to take as a beginner whos looking to gain about 20-25 pounds in the shortest period of time...also keepin the weight not just water..if someone could help me it would be awesome thanks

alright.. well im 6'0 feet tall..um skinny..only weight 155-160 pounds..ya i know wow...i want to be 180-190..not overly huge like ronnie or ne thing just ripped, chisled you know what i mean...so right now my routine is monday-chest/back....wed - arms/abs fri-shoulder/legs...i think this could improve though...um eatin habits..i know i need to eat more but im not sure what exactly to eat to gain good mass, as for lifting experience ive only been workin out 2 months but i have gotten stronger...just not bigger so ya thats about it..is there hope for me...cause im ready to wokr and ill do what needs to be done

ok you have no reason ot use any anabolics here is why
1. you admit your diet isn't grreat-- IT HAS TO BE
2. you've only been lifting 2 months
3. you spilt can be improved
4. your no where near your gentic potential

post what u eat meal by meal nad your exact split

wednesday - arms and shoulders
friday - legs and abs
sat/sun - light cardio
breakfast
3 eggs
2 pieces of toast
yogourt
drink
lucnh
meat subs/sandwhiches
orange/apple
drink
supper
chicken/steak/roast
vegetables
bread
milk
and usually like snakcin on foods inbetween meals....
what i think i need to do is eat a hell of a lot more and maybe try some protein powder or weight gain powder...i shouldnt even be thinkin about gear right now ok i understand but what about other supplements like creatine?

you need to look at eating alot more then three meals aday, i use to be a lard ass and lost it eating three meals aday the tuna diet if all you wanna know how to loss 45 in 3 months...yeah, anyways, my metablism is fast as crap now and i got to eat almost 5-6 times aday, i also supliment 3 shakes, usually protien and water. im telliong you eating is the best seeya

The mirror man is right.Eat more than you are now.Lets take a look at it.
Add one more egg to your breakfast and add a cup of oatmeal w/scoop of PB.
Add a mid-morning meal such as a small cup of oatmeal or a cup of nuts and a shake.
Your lunch looks ok,just add the meats on high.
Add a mid-afternoon meal such as a salad with tuna or chicken along with another shake.
Your supper looks good,add another protein shake in there.
Before you go to bed have you a protein shake with either a protein bar or eat a PB w/ honey sandwich.
This is what I did when I went on a super bulker.Worked for me.Good luck.

u wanna put on muscle fast i would suggest get some more food and put your protein up to 150 g with the use of protein powder alone..and w/e other protein u consume in your meals

u wanna put on muscle fast i would suggest get some more food and put your protein up to 150 g with the use of protein powder alone..and w/e other protein u consume in your meals
