Ok well I am 18 years old and have been frequenting the gym on and off now for about 18 months. Fall of last year, I decided to take a cycle of 1AD, i took for for almost a month and a half, with no other supplements besides protein. I had stopped because my blood pressure had shot up considerably. After about a week off it, it went back down. I had experienced great gains though (13lbs in 1.5 months, great strength gains) but that one side affect scared me. I had just started hearing about this M1T and I am in a dilemma. I want to get big again and I liked how i felt when I was on the 1AD, but i do NOT want to sarcifice my health to do so. So i need advice on what to do. Is there anythings i can take to make sure my blood pressure stays low? Also i was thinking of taking endocre with it. Would that be good? Do i need to take anything else? All your suggestions and help are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

If I can remember correctly, 1AD gives you a sense of well being. M1T does not do that. It can give you lethargy (sluggishness). I can't say that it really did anything for my mood, but the tiredness was a bear in week two. It is only meant to be taken for 2 weeks and between 10mg to 20mg. I got to 15mg before getting hit with the sides.

Being at 18 years old, you have a good amount of natural testosterone in you. Take advantage of that right now. Eat healthy, but high calorie...fruits, vegies, nuts, grains and lots of protien. Lift big, squats, deadlifts and bench. Keep it relatively heavy at 6 reps per set.

What are your other stats?

What do you mean by stats? I am 6'1'' 175 lbs and 18 years of age. I have a basketball players build, but i have been working out on and off for 18 months. Right now im on no supplements, and I would like to get back into prohormones, I just want to do it in the healthiest manner and need advice on what supplements to take. I know my test is high now but with the 1AD i gained alot and I just want to get back and surpass the plateau's of the past.

Yes, that is what I meant by other stats. I just wanted an idea of where you were at. I think you can make good gains with M1T, but I also think that you can make good gains with a diet plan too. You should get that planned before you start another cycle and your gains will be even better.

Diet will also help you naturally break through plateaus. No telling you that you shouldn't do prohormones, just giving you some advice to add to the PHs.

Ok Thanks, do you know what supplements I should take with the PH cycle? I am open to any suggestions, I was thinking of taking the Endocre with it, but if thats not recommended I won't. My diet consists of alot of eating, try and get about 150grams or protein a day. Also is there anything that I can take with the PH to make sure my blood pressure is low? Thanks again you are a great help.

Start by increasing your protien to 1g per lb and on cycle, bump to 1.5 per lb. You should also be counting carbs. Try to get 1g per lb of that to. If you ever start bulking, carbs should be bumped to 1.5g per lb. This diet will get weight on you fast. A couple of shakes and lots of food is the best anabolic.

As far as what to take to keep BP down, I don't think there is anything really effective that is legal....remember, the government has taken away everything useful. Perhaps someone else could help you out with something they have tried.

Alright so I am going to take about 350g of protein and carbs a day. What do you recommend, alot of shakes? The endocre will be alright to take with the PH right? I just want to get the most out of the cycle. Thanks

Hmm..... I went to SOS to get my endocre and M1T today and the guy was all against it ( keep in mind it was sold out ) he swore by this supplement named Muscle Jack, it was herbal I think? The main ingredient being lithonium (Spelling?). He said its going to fuck with all my hormones and it can NOT be digested by my liver. He was making me rethink my decision. I need an expert's advice. Is M1T the right tool for the job, to get the same gain's or more than i got from the 1AD? (Once again the gains were 15lbs and ALOT more strength, muscle mass, definition in 1.5 months) I know none of this stuff is exactly healthy but if I eat and use the supplements properly I was under the impression I would be fine. Anyone credible I BEG you to help me. Thanks to all ONE MORE TIME haha.

Sounds like a real smart guy. You don't want it to be digested in the liver...if it would be, the body wouldn't be able to use it. This is the big problem with PHs...the amount that makes it passed the liver is very little.

Don't waste your money on herbal stuff...it's a joke. Some say Tribulus is good for post cycle therapy, but that's it.

I would say that M1T is probably the best PH on the market, but that's still not saying much. I have used a few different PHs with absulutely no results. I have also tried M1T and had some gains, but nothing tremendous.

I am thinking about taking a Prohormone but there are too many kinds to sift through. I have taken one before for 30 days, the kind you chew in bits and swish around between tongue and cheeks but did not get any benefit from it.

Can someone recommend a good one before they are banned. I only have one shot at getting the right one. I'm not looking to add big mass, just definition in the chest, abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders and losing the gut and firming up the obliques. I hate those damn love handles. Thanks.

hey bro... welcome to the boards....

first off start your own thread with your diet, stats and years of training.....

if your looking to loose weight, do it through diet and cardio.... supplements to not make you lose weight....
