Hi Guys,

Please have a look and see if this diet is okay?

I'm currently about 200 pounds. Want to gain muscle.

Will consume 3300 - 3500 Calories per day.

55% Protein
15% Carbs
30% Fats

That's about 340g of Pretein per day.

Want to keep fat gain as low as possible, thus the 15% Carbs, This I eat before training.

The diet you have said is very nice and perfect according to me to gain muscle. Even my friend had applied this calculation because he also want to gain muscle.
