you just finished your cycle? ok, Eat as much as you can without increasing weight, I assume you have a slow metabolism mr big, meaning you have more of a natural lean to packing on fat than being too thin.

I always ate a lot. I recall up to 30 eggs a day lol at one point, and i was losing weight and when i scaled myself at the gym, kept at target weight or just below it lol

Ok so i am 6.2 234 lbs but i dont feel or look "BIG" if you know what i mean i am know means fat have just had a hard time packing on muscle since i was young. Im thinking if i went out and bought a mass builder to add more calories to pack on more muscle what do you think? I am lifting very heavy weight and have added some muscle but it just seems everything is slow when it comes to growing on me that why i think i need to either eat or drink more calories.

Hope you reply thanks again

so you did 200mgs/week for 10 weeks? Is this what your doctor prescribed you or is this a cycle you thought up? What exactly are your goals? you don't need a "weight gainer" to gain weight... also, how old are you?

pretty vague 1cc could be 400mg/ml or it could be 200mg/ml like cwshorns said. Also your age is important too. Also I know cwshorn was thinking 200mg/wk is pretty light and it is not the normal, but he would have packed on some size even at that low of a dose. How much weight did you put on from the cycle?

To answer your question no you didn't need a weight gainer if you were eating properly. If you are saying you just don't feel big it might be a mental thing. No matter how big I have been I always think I needed 10 more lbs, never happy which is good and bad because it can put a drive in you, but again you are never happy lol.

Well if that cyp was 200mg/ml or 250mg/ml as most cypionates are, that's a low dose for someone your size. Even for a first cycle i would have recommended 400-500mg/ml per week for 10-12 weeks.

As for your diet, hard to say since you only stated how many small meals you were taking, not what was in them. You really do need to eat big to get results, and most people think they are eating enough, when they aren't.

Weight gainers are great, but i would only use them in situations where you couldn't eat a real meal. They're good if you're short on time or if you have a busy schedule. They are not meant to replace meals, so keep that in mind. Aside from calories, protein plays a huge role also, so what was your protein intake?

I guess none of us ever satisfied with where we are in regards to our bodies, we could be stronger, bigger, tighter, whatever...we have to celebrate where we are now and move forward, right? vast majority of folks in this world don't even exercise, let alone lift weights.

I remember when I finally one of my goals in competition, all I could think is that I could have lifted more and why I hadn't.

That's the danger in lifting, you compete against yourself mostly.
and the advantage in lifting, you compete against yourself mostly.
easy to beat up on your self since that's your competition lol.:banghead:

It sounds like your diet maybe needs adjusting. general rule 1 gram protien per 1 pound of body weight per day. go to www.calorieking.com and analyze your diet, as always 5 to 6 small meals a day, keep a journal of what you eat, analyze it.

hope this helps:2cents:

i'd actually say rule of thumb is 1.5-2grams per bodyweight if you're truly interested in bulking up.
