Ok here it is, I am 5'8" 180 lbs 29yrs old, I dont have an exact bf but im thinking around 15%. I have been training for about 7 years with the last 3 lifting hardcore 5-6 days a week. I do take a week off here and there to give my body a good recovery. My diet is pretty good I get about 170 to 200 grams of protein each day, I have been taking animal products with fairly good results but I would like to take the plunge into some harder stuff, my goal is to get bigger and be at around 190-195lbs. I have been really reading up on forums and decided to join this one. I would really like to know what would be a good starter cycle I can get on. I have read the beginners cycle sticky but am still not too sure where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Test only cycle bro. Maybe a little bit o dbol! Lol so probably like 300-500 a week of test and 20 mg week dbol ( only for about 2-3 weeks) I'd say 6-8 week cycle would b cool for a first try lol just my opinion. What is availible to u!?

Thanks for your input, Im gonna talk to my boi see what kind of Test is available and im going to give it a shot. Are you currently running something? how long have you been on? would you say overall its worth it?

Rite now I'm taking peptides, and I'm using dbol but in really small doses( 10mg)Ed for recovery. But that's about it. If you have a good post cycle lined up then hell ya it's worth it. For me the benifits of the small amounts I take surpass the risks, but it just comes down to weather you are using or abusing.
