hii guys,
i've been looking arround for someone who really have the experience in
steroids taking, stacking and cycling.

my Details are:-

Body fat% : arround 25% and the normal for myself is between 15% to 20% so i have like 5 % extra

Height: 179 cm
179 centimeter = 5.872 703 412 1 feet
179 centimeter = 70.472 440 945 inch

Weight : 97 Kgs
97 kg = 213.4 lbs

i was thinking of running stanazol with Animal Cuts as a thermogenic and Estrogen blocker + NOXPLOD as Energy enhancer.

can anyone help with the right instructions ?

bro- with that body fat percentage i'd say your diet is not in check and AAS' aren't the key to loosing weight. One other question- why do you think you want to take stanazol? Sorry- i know it's not what you want to hear...

Diet :-

Morning Breakfast before 9 AM:-
3 boiled egg
1 small green salad
Lemon juice

Lunch @ 3 o'clock:-
any amount of protein grilled or boiled (chicken - Red Meat - Fish )
Green Salad or Veg
1 apple
Orange or Lemon Juice

Dinner Max by 8:30 PM:-
1 youghurt
1 small green salad

Routine :-
I almost Exercise like 5 days/week
I Do 2 Muscles Training a day in addition to ABS Workouts

each Muscle i do like 18 Sets e.g
day1 :-
Bench (18 Sets ) + Biceps (18 sets)
Back (18 Sets ) + Triiceps (18 sets)
Shoulders (18 Sets ) + Legs(18 sets)
1 or 2 days off and start over

Years of training i do Bodybuilding workouts since at least 10 yrs ofcourse i had many times that i crashed in the middle but over all am still having a good shape

what i need is to refine my shape by being in / having a ripped look / shape.

am not Out of shape but am looking like a bulk guy, and what i need is to have some cuts and a pure ripped looking and my dream is 6 packs ABS !

maybe that's why i thought of stanazol as i read so much about how it really works . ( i hope i have answerd cwshorns question as well )

wow what a horrible diet...Max protein in take off what you wrote is about 60g a day..Your intake should be 200g a day...See the problem?

ya your protein intake should be wayyy higher. why not add a steak to your dinner! just stay consistent in the gym!

1st what's your recommendation for my Diet ?
shall i add only a steak to the dinner ? i also take ISO Pure after the exercise is that alright ?

i use the NO XPLOD Before each Exercise ( to give me a kick while training ) .

that's my BB Life style i don't know if what am doing is right or wrong and maybe that's why am here asking :confused:

Also if your going for a ripped look and you want to do steroids. Do a test only cycle first not stan only. Your just asking for long term health problems.

Do a minimum of 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. Forget your whole diet. Start from scratch. Eat 5-6 meals per day. usually what you want to do is 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. But if your going for the ripped look go for 60% protein, 20% carbs, 20% fats.

Eating 3 meals a day with only 60g of protein and youve been hitting the gym hard for 10 yrs?

any meals recommendation Boss ??? i mean something like schedule for having those 6 meals and what does those 6 meals contains ??

my only suffer during those years is food !!! sometimes i break the rules and those are the days that i usually go out of shape

but usually i focus on Diet followed by doctors in order to maintain a healthy meals and those are the days that am doing great !!!

but until now i didn't find the right instructions on what exactly to take ( either supplements or steroids )

and what kind of healthy food and quantities shall i have in order to maintain my body fat Sad

so you guys are my last hope to do this because otherwise people here ( in my country ) are so F*** stupid they always go for a heavy taking steroids without any kind of knowledge or even experience !
so PLEASE HELP am ready to follow whatever you say or whtever it takes to reach a ripped shape for one time in my Life .

by the way am 27 yrs old .

Don't worry about the link. All you need to do is eat more frequently. And add more meat to your diet. You should have some form of protein in every meal of the day. Eggs, tuna, salmon, ground beef, steak. As for the steroid situation: I would strongly advise u not take any until your diet is straightened out, otherwise it will just go to waste. If your going to take them u should at least be working out hard 6 days a week( just my opinion). So once your diet is in check and u know that u will not be missing days in the gym I would say a test cycle is your best bet. Also maybe u could post pictures of what u look like. We would b able to help alot more

Don't worry about the gear right now brother, get yourself in check before you start going hardcore, you need to crawl before you walk. Worry about diet, and a workout schedule before you worry about gear. Just telling you from personal experience. Show a couple of pics, can help alot better than having none at all.:thumbs: And stock up on protein big time!

i'm following that Diet for the second week with a diet Dr. and it is supposed to be changed on weekly basis based on the results i got for following the Diet .
for training Days i usually do the 5 days a week and sometimes the 6 but not all the time.

i will check how can i uplod my pics for you so you can check it ...

a basic high protien diet would look like this:
meal 1- 3-4 eggs, wheat toast at about 7 am.
meal 2- protein shake with fruit and water about 9 am
meal 3- 2 ground beef pattys at around 11 am
meal 4- chicken breast(1 or 2) with cup of rice at 1 or 2 pm
wait a few hours maybe 1 and a half and then take your no xplode. take at least an hour to work out. continue taking isopure directly after workout, wait 30 mins.
meal 5- steak, brocolli, and maybe some pasta for energy the next day.
meal 6( if your not too full) small protein shake before bed. if you think you have had enough food then dont over eat, the key is to eat smaller and more frequently so dont fill yourself.

as for the steroids, your going to use basic testosterone. probaby enth. do some research on BEGINNER CYCLES. just type that in on the search engine and u will find out everything. let me know what you are able to get.

hey guys, i have a q for more experienced guys that have knowlege of steroids, i am an mma fighter and have been doing everything right so far as i am unbeaten in my professional career so far, however i am considering a 6 week course of stanazol to help me get to the next level and in contention to challenge for the title which could be 2 fights away. I can't take anything due to the fact i can't put on weight ( as we fight in weight classes) and i'm thinking stanzol will help me build more strength and power with out putting to much more weight on!

any help or feed back is appriciated
