Hi all, cool forum! I need some help guys, I’ve been trying various kinds of exercising (Aerobics, Stability Ball, Pilates etc…) but I can’t seem to stay in course for enough time to see results, A couple of my friends recommended Cardio Dance for me, they said it’s the most fun exercise to do  does anybody have any idea where I can find simple video exercises to start with? Appreciate it.
