Hi everyone, i am newbie here so hoping i have posted this in the right section, also relatively new to the world of weight training so please go easy on me

I have been training for about a year now and been taking Bodytronics Profusion reloaded, i have noticed that i am putting on muscle and getting lean but no where near as much as i would like to. I am naturally very slim and find it difficult to put on weight.

I have seen developments in my body of the last year and can lift as much as some guys that look alot bigger then me, but as much as i love looking lean and cut i would like to look broader or bigger, dont quite know what the word is that i am looking for here.

What do i need to be taking to put on muscle weight but at the same time remain lean and cut, is there any products that will help me acheive this?

My diet is nothing special, eat what ever i can get my hands on to be honest.

I am not looking to get huge or body build long term, i just want to look healthy and have a 'good' body, but at the moment the results are slower then i would like.

Is there any difference between all the various types of protein, are some better then others?

My training schduele for anyone intrested is:
Monday - Biceps and Shoulders
Tuesday - Chest
Tursday - Back and Triceps
Saturday - Chest and Legs

Any information you guys can provide will be much appriciated, thanks in advance!

This maybe the reason you seeing slower results than you would like. Eat up, remember there's no such thing as a hard gainer, only an undereater.

The best types of protein and real food sources. Tuna, chicken, the occasional steak.

You can use whey protein isolate or whey protein concentrate as a good protein for building muscle. The best one to use in my opinion is Isolate because it is more pure and it also give you less gas and bloating Smile Hope this helps!
