What do you guys think of this bulking Diet i am going to be starting tommarow. I just put this together a few days ago cause i really want to put some weight on and muscle mass for bball season next year. Any Suggestions? By the way, I am always hungry and i can eat a whole lot!!

weight: 138
height: 6'1
Grade: 8th

meal 1 6:30 AM
100 grams Oatmeal
5 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 scoop 100% whey
1/2 cup cottage cheese
multivitamin

Meal 2 9:30 (at school) ???????? need some help with something i can eat when i am in class?

Meal 3 12:30 Lunch (at school)
2 cans tuna
4 slices 100% whole wheat bread

?????? Not sure if i should eat anything between these two times?

3:30 Pre-workout
1 scoop 100% whey
40 grams oatmeal
5 gram L-Glutamine

workout 4:00-5:00

5:00 Post-workout
1 scoop 100% whey
40 grams oatmeal
5 gram L-Glutamine

meal 4 6:00 Post-Post workout
8-10 oz Fish or chicken
80 grams oatmeal or subsitute for 100% whole wheat pasta
lots of veggies

meal 5 8:00 ??????????????????? Need some help or suggestions?

Meal 6 10:00
1 cup Cottage Cheese
Suger Free jello


I am new to bodybuilding and i need some help with a bulking diet that will help me put some weight on my skinny frame. It also gets complicated becasue of school. I can eat more than this though, just not sure with the whole diet thing becasue i am rather new. Any suggestions? Not enough calories? Not enough carbs? Not enough Protein? To tell you the truth, I think this diet looks pretty weak. Any help?

we used ot have 15 mniute break in the morning so you could wack back a meal there if not a protien shake or wegiht gainer between classes be a 1 or 2 minutes lates.

mela 5 can be a sandwhich and a shake

2:00 - meal replacement bar, protein bar or sandwich of some kind

3:30 Pre-workout
1 scoop 100% whey
40 grams oatmeal
5 gram L-Glutamine

1 scoop 100% whey
40 grams oatmeal
5 gram L-Glutamine

meal 4 6:00 Post-Post workout

Again with the egg whites?! Dude, if you are a hardgainer, don't eat all that lean shit like the big guys do. We need the fat! Whole eggs man, seriously. Your protein and carbs look good though. Take your vitamins too. That eating clean stuff is for chubby dudes or precontest. We don't have to, and shouldn't eat obsessively clean. We need the calories!

i gained 20 lbs. in a few months by eating 3 times a day ,drinking shakes,and eating lots of pumpkin pies.

Hey Bro.,

Check out this website below. There is tons of great info. to bulk you up. I started BCAA supplements and have packed on some lean muscle.
