Ok .. I am about to turn 30 in like two weeks.. Eecckkk!!!! Well, I am trying to get really toned so I dont turn into a wrinkled toneless 30 year old.. lol .. So I will be posting what I eat.. pictures .. and what not.. lol .. So you guys can help me...if you don't mind.. Smile

I am starting hmmm .... lets say today. I will first start working on my endurance.. I am trying to incorporate jogging and calisthetics(spelled right.. ehh). Let's see how that works for me shall we.. I also bought a program called Insanity.. lets see how that works.. I receive it on Monday so from now till than I will work on cardio and some weights.. Smile

I got my insanity program...!!!! Yippy!!!! I am going to read it and start using it.. I will take pics probably friday and post them up... I am so excited..!!!! Smile

well take off as much clothing as you like and stand infront of the mirror and shoot... if there is a problem area that you want to work on make sure you get a shot of that so it motivates you to get the job done Wink

Ok. I did not forget about you guys/gals. I did start the Insanity program already for like 3 days now. It is really intense. Mainly calisthenics and cardio. Its pretty cool, a change of pace you can say. I am going to take pics and post them tonight. Just a bit sore lol. For my meals I am eating 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack. The snacks are yogurts or protein shakes. At times I eat almonds or cashews to change it up. For breakfast I have been eating mainly egg whites with whole wheat toast. For lunch either more egg whites or tunafish or chicken with turkey on whole wheat. For dinner I eat chicken or whatever is protein with some rice or some veggies. I do need to increase my vegetable and fruit intake. I need it. I might add it as my snack along with my yogurt or shake. What do you guys think? Any in put is greatly appreciated.

Been a bit busy with workouts and working to take pics. I will take them today. They will be my before pics. I have used the program now for a week. Its tough but great!! Thanks for the support.

Yup... I like it loads... its intense. Lots of calisthenics. Push ups, jumping jacks, squat jumps.. etc. I feel a lot more stronger and healthier. I like it lots. Have you heard of it A.B?

i have seen it around I have never tried it though. Im sure i can help you with a few cardio excercises :thumbs:

Wink Lol .. I imagine you could. I do need a massage thought. Its so intense on my legs especially. You only get to rest one day. But I am seeing results.. Smile

Based on your review I decided to give this sumbitch a try...holy crap. I did the second actual workout today...my body doesn't like me at all....this is awesome!!! :D

Sorry to hear that you are down emotionally right now. Ive been there though. Seriously for guys anyway, people are saying that we are now having midlife crisis between 20 - 30 yrs old. Then expect another one in your 50s. Its just society, consumerism and pop culture all pushing on our sanity.

Just live life man. You have friends here. None of us will turn on you.

Ive had seven close friends pass away since I graduated in 1995. The 1st 5 passed away, 1 each year after graduation. Car accidents, drinking and driving, drug overdoses and some health issues. The point is that you never know when your time is up. It could go in the blink of an eye, or death can be long and nasty like if you get cancer or somthing like that. Imagine if you went to the doctor tommorow and he told you have 3 months to live. Being bummed out about summer would seem like small potatoes compared to that.

I would really suggest getting a book called "Dont sweat the small stuff for men". It is REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD. Funny too and real to life. Easy reading, leave it in the bathroom for some reading material. IT will change your life and put everything into perspective.

You should do some research on the Laws of attraction as well. If you have a chance to see a video called the Secret, check it out too. It will seem very unbelievable until you change how your see your self, the people around you and learn how to use the laws of attraction.

Shortie is right about coming to Alberta too. There are jobs everywhere, in every sector, that pay VERY WELL and most provide full benifits. Some will even work with you to help you get through school too if you are looking for a career in your field. I know BC is beautiful, and dont look at it as leaving BC. I have some friends that are from BC, work in Alberta and go back to BC when they have time off.

Are you looking for a J.O.B. just over broke while you are in school or are you looking for a career? What fields to you specialize in?

Have faith in yourself. Look for the positive in every situation, it is easier to find the Negative, it always is, but once you find the positive, the extra effort you put into that will reward you in the long run.

The program is based on calisthenics. You do a lot of pushups, squats, jumps and abdominal workouts. Its great. It builds a lot of endurance. I love it.

Well hi to all once again. I have not written or posted updates because I have been busy. Well, I did stop the program for a bit cause I started fasting for lent. Its still the lenten season but I am using the insanity once again. The program has given me more endurance!!! I love it.. I will post updated pics soon Smile

Looking good Mune. Years ago you posted a picture of yourself and you were very lean. You are not a stranger to hard work and tight diet eating. Now get it done Smile Congrats on your progress.
