Are your really that unrealistic?? You want to look beter before you go to the gym to make your self look better..You have no motivation and no money to invest so gee you tell me you have put up alot of walls up to you to take them down and get real..You need to go back and see what is important to you b/c everything you have said so far stinks..

If looking in the mirror and knowing it's up to you to fix it doesn't motivate you, nothing anyone can say will. You gotta want it, bro. Then you gotta get off your ass. There's no magic words, just hard work and determination. Pretty much the same for everything in life.

thats a terrible attitude man, there may be a lot of people in the gym who are in shape, but theyre all there for the same reason - to better themselves. people understand that and if i see an overweight person in a gym i have a lot of respect for them because i have never been there and theyre taking the initiative to do something. and just for the record, you should start your own thread...

In total agreement...youre there for yourself bro...dont care about what other people might be saying about you...just look down the road..you have to start somewhere right?

Hi guys, I'm a new member in this forum and from what i read in this thread, all I can say is,"these are some beneficial posts." The truth is that I have some problems of my own and I'm starting to get sick of it. I started exercising more than 5 months ago. My goal is to get the six pack abs I always dreamt of having, but now I can't really see any difference. I admit that my abs are getting stronger but I really cant see them still. Is there a way or an advice that might help me get these abs? Ya one more thing, I'm not a diet but I'm still watching my calorie intake. Should I start on a diet or should I continue with my regular calorie intake?
i already do cardio but i nead someone to help me build a program to work out my abdominals and obliques
...thank u...
