Im 29 6' 190lbs decent workout routine and diet already. Looking for some more mussle but mostly to rock up (cut) what I have. Havent been able to acheive the look I want with just diet and exercise alone so here we go. Any advice would be helpful but keep in mind Im a newbie.
FYI, the choices below are mostly based on cost. They're cheap!

Im thinking
week 1 anadrol
week 2 anadrol & anavar
weeks 3&4 anadrol & anavar & nolvadex
week 5 anavar & nolvadex
week 6 nolvadex

Am I lacking anything, or am I even in the right direction?

Sorry man, I'm going to say almost no one will recommend any combination that you have. Anavar is a very mild drug, you are okay running it by itself you will get very modest gains. 190lbs at 6' is really not all that big, but to one his own. Diet is the key to cutting period doesn't matter if you are on a gram of test or nothing you still have to diet correctly. As far as AAS, I'd look into a long ester test, but I'd look at the diet first. Oh and anavar isn't not a cheap drug generally speaking, and it is commonly faked because it's not cheap.

Wow that is one not well thought out cycle.....anadrol and anavar? NOLVADEX? FYI novadex doesnt stop the gyno anadrol can cause...Zero research done on all of that...

Please do more research, I did not do a cycle till I was 34 years old and after tons of research and a strict diet was in place.
Steroids are not magic and you can do more harm then good with them if you do not know what you are doing.
Lift
Eat
Rest

ive been wanting to do my first cycle too, just keep keep keep researching! ive been researching for like a month everyday and i still havent found what im looking for, better to take the time to find whats effective and not going to ruin your body than to rush and be all f'd up!

what expectations are you looking for? i mean, we have plenty of suggestions on here so if you can t find what you're looking for after looking everyday for a month, perhaps your expectations are out of whack...my 2cents

maybe so but i just dont want to mess myself up and im not expecting to find a miracle cycle or anything im just weighing my options! if that makes sense lol

What is your aim?

Here is a sample of a great beginner cycle...

18 weeks in total.

Week 1-12: Test Enanthate-500mg/week.
Week 1-4: Dbol-20mg/day.
Week 1-4: Liquidex (Arimidex)-1mg/day; week 5-12 at 0.5mg/day.

WEEK 13:OFF

Post Cycle Treatment (Damn important)

5 weeks in total.

Week 14+15: Liquidrex-0.25mg/day; week 16+17 at 0.25mg every other day.
Week 14+15: Clomid-200mg/day; week 16 at 50mg/day; week 17+18 at 25mg/day.
Week 14: IGF-1 at 60mcg/day; week 15 at 40mcg/day and week 16 at 40mcg/day.

Get to a dietician.
Get to a doctor to monitor your health, especially your liver enzymes.
Train hard and with good form.

I would say a great beginner cycle would be:
Test E 500mg/Week for 12-15 weeks, then PCT. No real reason to run D-bol on your first cycle, in my opinion...
