Back in the gym after a 2 year lay off due to back sugery. Currently I'm taking creatine, NO2, Whey, and amino acids. I have gotten crazy strong in the last month and put on 15 pounds. I'm 6'5 and 290, got some bf to shed, but damn it came back quick. First day back in the gym I couldn't bench 135, yesterday I warmed up with it for 25. I'll post some pics soon. Any advice?
