I know the feeling, I once weighed almost 400. In about a year I got to 250, I was running daily and lifting 5 days a week. I'm at 275 now and started back to the gym after a 2 year lay off due to back sugery. I hope to get it all back, except this time I'm trying to get big!

Your right its you mind who has to be set up for any challenges in life... I think you have done a great job.. Congrats..
