Meal 1: Breakfast
1 Scoop whey protein
2 Large eggs
5 egg whites
1 slice American cheese
1 large apple

Meal 2: Late Morning Snack
2 scoops whey protein
2 Tbsp. Flaxseed oil

Meal 3: Preworkout
2 scoops whey protein
3/4 cup oatmeal

Meal 4: Postworkout
2 scoops whey protein
1 scoop casein protein
18 oz. Gatorade

Meal 5: Dinner
8 oz. chicken breast
2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
2 cups mixed green salad
2 Tbsp. olive oil/vinegar dressing

Meal 6: Snack
2 scoops whey protein
1 oz. mixed nuts

Meal 7: Nighttime Snack
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop casein protein
2 Tbsp flaxseed oil


TOTALS: 3,300 calories, 385 g protein, 175 g carbs, 115 g fat.


What do you think? Anyways to help me tweak it, I am open to it, Thanks.

i would replace some of the whey meals with chcicken or beef

2nd plan is better because there is more whole foods. Are you cutting or bulking up?
