i was jus wondering at wat point of da day is creatine and glutamine supposed to be taken? and what do you guys mix it wit?

Creatine I've found to be more effective post-workout, same with glutamine.

Actually you shouldn't take them together. Couple hours apart is fine or one before one after your workout. They both compete for the same space so on is not effective. Read it somewhere but hell if I know where to find it now.
