Is there a weekly diet i can follow? any suggestions? i have been reading around and people say its better to eat 5 smaller meals as opposed to 3 large meals, which do you guys find better? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

It really depends on your metabolism and your everyday schedule. You need to design a food stategy that is realistic.
