Whens your next competition bro?  

Late next year...Due to some personal life stress as you know I have backed off a bit to relax and not be so head strong in my offseason...Still on track as I am around 245lbs or so..I am looking to focus and get nasty serious in mid january..I have 2 shows I am looking at one in sept and one in nov..If things go right I will only have to do the first one as if I win my class or get second I will qualify for Nats..Will be around the mid 230's this time around..Once things get going I will post my pics then after 5 mths or so of a good bulk..Should hit around 265lbs at no more then 9% bf...

We all know you are a complete moron as it is, but at 245 I am sure he is still very athletic. I was 240 at 6'1 and was still in a condition that I could run faster then you ever dreamed you could, and felt great. I've just about heard enough of your BS you were entertaining for a while hearing your nonsense info you gave that is was humorice but I'm tired of it now. well i wasnt lying about jay cutler thats for sure hes so unfit mainly because hes abused the roids but i think its to do with his weight like many other short bbers they have too much weight on their small bodys i mean he nearly weighs as much as me and hes only 5ft9 well hes about 40 pounds away
