ok just recently i asked about creatine. but i work out 4 times a week.
monday-upper body
tuesday-lower body
wednesday-rest
thursday-upperbody
friday-lowerbody
sat-sun=rest
is that a good routine to do or no. and also what do u think about taking creatine pre workout and avotar p70 immediatly after. or should i take creatine pre workout then mix in creatine with the avotar p70 after workout.

thats a fine workout for starting out... doing upper body then lower is fine... just make sure your hitting the main lfits, squats, deadlifts

creatine pre, and protein post. after lifting you need that protein in you for your muscles
